Today, Aequivalent announces the appointment of Muriel WIDMER and Urs HÜGLI to the shared presidency of its Advisory Board as of September 1st 2021. They follow in the footsteps of Dominique-Alain FREYMOND who announced his retirement last year and who has enabled the transition. Dominique-Alain FREYMOND has accepted to remain an honorary Member of the Advisory Board.
The announcement follows Aequivalent’s recent decision to Scale-up its activities and double its workforce in the coming two years. Although the company was slowed down by the first lock down in the COVID sanitary crisis in 2020, it has since successfully renewed with its rapid growth.
With Muriel WIDMER and Urs HÜGLI, who joined the Advisory Board respectively in 2020 and 2021, Aequivalent has found an ideal combination of experts to advise on the compliance and governance related issues as well as the organizational growth challenges that come with the scale-up.
Together they represent and provide professional networks in the different Swiss linguistic regions as well as Aequivalent’s support to gender-equality in corporate governance.
