As Aequivalent’s services and the legal framework have evolved over the last 5 years, Aequivalent SA has updated the general terms and conditions governing the use of its digital platform and services, unless otherwise agreed with its clients. This is a formalization of our usual practices and not a fundamental change in our services.
Below you will find the points that have been clarified in this new version, which will come into force on 16 January 2023:
- Explicit introduction of the principle of compliance with the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Inclusion of the costs of official documents in Liechtenstein in the programme prices
- Mention of the existence of different account types with different support, functionalities, and licence fees
- Update of the maximum amount of fees automatically charged for foreign official documents
- Update of the account maintenance fees for unused accounts
- Extension of the standard payment period from 14 to 30 days
- Reinforcement of the principle of copyright and intellectual property protection
