S\u2019il n\u2019existe pas de r\u00e9gulation unique relative aux conditions particuli\u00e8res d\u2019emploi dans le secteur bancaire, de nombreuses mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en place et continuent d\u2019\u00eatre mises en place, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de soft ou hard law, permettant d\u2019assurer un personnel qualifi\u00e9, int\u00e8gre et jouissant d\u2019une bonne r\u00e9putation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il ressort de notre analyse que les trois axes principaux des l\u00e9gislations en place sont la s\u00e9lection soigneuse, la formation adapt\u00e9e et la surveillance p\u00e9riodique, ces principes devant s\u2019appliquer tant aux employ\u00e9s internes qu\u2019externes. Depuis, le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a ouvert une proc\u00e9dure de consultation pour l\u2019adoption d\u2019ordonnances cens\u00e9es pr\u00e9ciser la LSFin et la LEFin, qui rendra les conclusions certainement encore plus d\u2019actualit\u00e9. La LSFIn et la LEFin devraient entrer en vigueur le 1er janvier 2020.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-3 fusion-flex-container
