Si n\u00e9cessaire, les extraits de casier judiciaire, l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re ou la r\u00e9putation en ligne peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9s. \u00ab Nos processus sont standardis\u00e9s et enti\u00e8rement transparents &#8211; les candidats sont toujours impliqu\u00e9s \u00bb, souligne Platen. Dans ce contexte, l&rsquo;entreprise fait la distinction entre les drapeaux \u00ab jaunes \u00bb et \u00ab rouges \u00bb. Les drapeaux jaunes indiquent des \u00e9carts, comme des titres professionnels enjoliv\u00e9s, qui peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9s par l&rsquo;entreprise. Les drapeaux rouges, en revanche, marquent des tromperies claires, comme des dipl\u00f4mes ou des documents falsifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Un autre domaine est le contr\u00f4le de l&rsquo;e-r\u00e9putation. Les contenus accessibles au public sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux sont analys\u00e9s afin d&rsquo;identifier les risques potentiels comme la publication de donn\u00e9es confidentielles de l&rsquo;entreprise ou un comportement probl\u00e9matique.
