Conditions pour les Examens M\u00e9dicaux et les Tests de D\u00e9pistage de Drogues<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Roobert-semibold;\">N\u00e9cessit\u00e9 et Proportionnalit\u00e9 :<\/span> Les examens m\u00e9dicaux et les tests de d\u00e9pistage de drogues doivent \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaires pour le poste sp\u00e9cifique et proportionnels \u00e0 l&rsquo;objectif recherch\u00e9. Par exemple, les r\u00f4les sensibles en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 peuvent justifier ces mesures pour pr\u00e9venir les risques au travail.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Roobert-semibold;\">Consentement :<\/span> Les employ\u00e9s doivent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement donner leur consentement pour les examens m\u00e9dicaux et les tests de d\u00e9pistage de drogues.
