Auch wenn keine spezifisch auf die besonderen Besch\u00e4ftigungsbedingungen des Finanzsektors abgestimmten Bestimmungen erlassen wurden, so wurden doch zahlreiche dahingehende soft und hard law Massnahmen geschaffen, um die Besch\u00e4ftigung qualifizierter, integrer und angesehener Mitarbeiter zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Unsere Analyse ergab, dass die drei Kernpunkte der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen die sorgf\u00e4ltige Auswahl, die angemessene Schulung und die periodische \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung sowohl interner als auch externer Mitarbeiter sind. Betroffene Unternehmen sollten in diesem Zusammenhang daher mit der gr\u00f6sstm\u00f6glichen Sorgfalt vorgehen und die vollst\u00e4ndige Einhaltung der geltenden Vorschriften sicherstellen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Schlussfolgerungen dieser Studie wurden im Februar 2018 anl\u00e4sslich des Aequivalent Forums pr\u00e4sentiert. Seither hat der Bundesrat die Vernehmlassung f\u00fcr den Erlass von Verordnungen, welche die Ausf\u00fchrungsbestimmungen zum FINIG und zum FIDLEG enthalten, er\u00f6ffnet, wodurch die Schlussfolgerungen sicherlich noch aktueller werden. Das Inkrafttreten des FIDLEG und des FINIG ist auf den 1.
