(Missbrauch, Diebstahl, Betrug usw.).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reputation:<\/strong> Mit dem Ziel, den Ruf in der Organisation zu sch\u00fctzen und potenzielle \u00f6ffentliche Skandale zu vermeiden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kultur und Pflicht zur Vorbildfunktion:<\/strong> Die NGO-Mitglieder halten hohe moralische und ethische Standards aufrecht.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Geringere Kosten f\u00fcr die Personalbeschaffung:<\/strong> Durch einen effektiven Background Check k\u00f6nnen teure Fehlbesetzungen vermieden werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Compliance \u2013 Financial Assessment:<\/strong> Skandale im Zusammenhang mit den Machenschaften einzelner Personen k\u00f6nnen dazu f\u00fchren, dass bestimmte Finanzmittel zur\u00fcckgezogen werden, wodurch die Funktionsf\u00e4higkeit der style=\"--awb-content-alignment:justify;--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>2018 enth\u00fcllte ein erster Skandal<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> die Machenschaften von Angestellten und F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften der Organisation \u00ab einschliesslich dem Einsatz von Prostituierten \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Infolge dieser Enth\u00fcllungen wurden vier Mitarbeiter, darunter der Direktor f\u00fcr Haiti, entlassen bzw. zum R\u00fccktritt gezwungen. Laut Penny Lawrence, der damaligen Nummer Zwei von Oxfam, war das problematische Verhalten des Direktors und seiner Mitarbeiter \u00abbereits vor seinem Umzug nach Haiti thematisiert worden\u00bb. Dar\u00fcber hinaus hatte Oxfam es offenbar vers\u00e4umt, andere humanit\u00e4re Akteure \u00fcber die Machenschaften der involvierten Mitarbeiter zu informieren, wodurch diese Auftr\u00e4ge bei anderen NGO\u2019s annehmen konnten.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-8 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-flex-column\"
