Aequivalent offers a secure HR solution with standardised or customised background check programmes that are applied as part of recruitment processes or personnel file updates. The platform ensures that these HR processes are carried out in compliance with Swiss and European data protection laws, in full transparency and with the prior consent of the persons concerned. Business Development Specialist / Business Development Manager (German/French)

Responsibilities and tasks

You will work in a small team and in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager and the CEO of the company. Your common goal is to promote our platform and services towards our target audience and facilitate their on-boarding.

More specifically, your tasks will include:

  • Identify potential clients and contacts;
  • Proactively contact potential customers;
  • Hande enquiries via our website and by telephone;
  • Organise and conduct virtual and sometimes on-site meetings with clients;
  • Support our clients in their on-boarding process;
  • Attend online and sometimes physical events;
  • Organise training and webinars;
  • … and of course, keeping our CRM application up to date.

Depending on your interests and skills, you can contribute to the optimisation of our marketing processes, the definition of target markets or the design of on-boarding processes for new customers in collaboration with our IT and marketing team.

Your Profile

You have a university degree or similar qualification in marketing, sales, business management, law, hotel management or human resources. You can demonstrate sales experience and an affinity with HR, recruitment and ideally also with digital solutions based on your professional experience.

You are curious, proactive, organised and meticulous by nature. Your helpful personality makes you a privileged and trustworthy person to consult with. You are comfortable with telephone and face-to-face contact. You are goal-oriented, but you also like to work in a team.

You are fluent in Swiss German as well as German and ideally also have good knowledge of French. English and Italian would also be appreciated.
